Requesting a Cancellation

To request cancellation, email novakasturi@outlook.com as soon as possible with:

• Your order number.
• The name and email address used for the order.
• The items you wish to cancel.

We will check the fulfilment status and confirm whether cancellation is possible. Sending a request does not by itself confirm that the order has been cancelled.

Before Dispatch

Orders that have not been dispatched may be cancelled where we can stop fulfilment. We will confirm the outcome by email.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to stop delivery. Any subsequent return or refund will be assessed under our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy and applicable law.

Cancellations by Us

We may need to cancel an order because an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or a material listing error prevents fulfilment.

We will notify you and refund any payment received for the cancelled items. Where appropriate, we may offer an alternative, which you are free to accept or decline.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method unless you request another method and we confirm that it can be supported.
