NOVA KASTURI SDN BHD welcomes enquiries for bulk purchases of denim clothing and related apparel.

Requesting a Quotation

Your name or company name and contact details.
The products and quantities required.
Your preferred sizes, colours and quantity breakdown.
The delivery address within Malaysia.
Your required delivery date.

We will review availability and respond with a quotation where we can fulfil the request.

Minimum Quantities and Pricing

Minimum order quantities, wholesale prices and any available discounts will be stated in the quotation. Bulk pricing is not automatically applied to ordinary website orders.

Quotations are valid for the period stated in them and remain subject to stock availability until the order is accepted.

Order Confirmation and Payment

Please check all products, sizes, colours, quantities and delivery details before approving a quotation.

An order is confirmed when we accept it in writing and the payment required by the quotation has been received. Any deposit, balance payment and payment deadlines will be disclosed before confirmation.

Delivery

Free shipping applies within our Malaysian delivery coverage. We do not offer international or overnight delivery.

The processing period and delivery timeline for a bulk order will be stated in the quotation before confirmation. If multiple deliveries are planned, we will explain the arrangement in advance.

Changes and Cancellations

Request changes or cancellation as soon as possible. Availability depends on whether stock has been allocated or the order has been dispatched.

Any special cancellation conditions must be stated in the quotation and accepted before order confirmation. Otherwise, our standard Cancellation Policy applies.

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your delivery promptly and report any discrepancy, damage or defect with the order details and available supporting evidence.

Our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy applies unless different lawful terms have been expressly agreed in writing for the business transaction. Any mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Resale and Brand Representation

A wholesale purchase does not grant exclusive territory, brand ownership or permission to claim an official partnership with us. Any such arrangement requires a separate written agreement.
